SAGE is offering a free Home Maintenance Service (HMS) to ensure our seniors enjoy a safe, comfortable and hazard-free home. This initiative supports seniors facing financial difficulties by assisting with essential minor repairs and safety installations.
What does HMS cover?
- Simple household fixes such as general repairs and replacement of light fittings
- Minor plumbing works such as fixing leaks and resolving basic plumbing issues
- Safety aids such as installation of grab bars and other basic safety equipment
Who can apply?
- 60 years old and above
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Living in 1, 2, or 3-Room HDB flat
- Currently receiving ComCare Assistance or holding Blue CHAS Card
